Refund policy

• 7-Day Returns: You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
• How to Return: Email us at care@mullandmoss.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9818064722 with your order number. We will arrange a complimentary (free) reverse pickup from your home.
• Additional Returns From The Same Order: To support sustainable operations, if you request a second or subsequent return/exchange for additional items from the same fulfillment order, it will incur a flat reverse logistics fee of ₹99, which will be deducted from your final refund.
• Prepaid Refunds: Once we receive the return, your money will be refunded to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.
• COD Refunds: We do not refund cash. Once we receive your COD return, our team will ask for your Bank Account or UPI details to transfer the refund within 5 to 7 business days.
• Important Note: While our first reverse pickup are completely free of charge, the original ₹99 COD convenience fee is non-refundable.
